Biography

Angela Mayfield is a marketing executive, growth strategist, and AI transformation leader with nearly 20 years of experience reshaping how agencies deliver business value. She is currently Executive Vice President of Growth at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing organization, where she leads revenue strategy, strategic partnerships, and agency innovation. At Jellyfish, Angela spearheads initiatives that unite marketing, sales, and delivery around one goal: solving client business challenges through integrated media and proprietary AI solutions.

Before joining Jellyfish, Angela was EVP of Global Growth at IPG Mediabrands (IPG), where she led multi-billion-dollar new business efforts, built a high-performing growth discipline, and advised on transformation strategy across brands like Initiative. She has held senior roles at Omnicom Media Group (Omnicom), MediaCom (WPP), and Zenith (Publics Groupe), where she developed integrated marketing strategies for global brands, drove award-winning new business campaigns, and served as a trusted partner to CMOs navigating disruption.

Angela holds an Executive MBA from NYU Stern with specializations in strategy, marketing, and Leadership & Change Management. She is a proud alumna of Princeton University. She is currently enrolled at University of Miami Herbert Business School where she is pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration.

She is a Campaign US “Inspiring Woman” honoree, a juror for the Cannes Young Lions and Drum Digital Awards, and an active industry mentor. She also currently serves on the board of the Friends of the Berkeley Heights Public Library as Vice President.
